I’m disappointed. I thought that it would be amazing hotel for that price… Room: As at the photos - very good rooms, comfortable bed. Also personal is very welcoming and ready to help! Cons - if you will look up closer everything is a bit worn out (but for 3* it’s still very good!!). At the bathroom something made in a wrong way so after shower all floor flooded! Reception has too loud music and it’s stuns and causes headache… Yes sounds at the street also loud but it’s street, so ok. Breakfast: It’s humiliating… Very poor choice (no bakery, but toast!! I think that because the cafe at the ground floor and after you tried breakfast at the hotel you will go down and buy bakery at the non cheap cafe. Looks like they helping make money to each other). AND at the breakfast you can’t just get eggs or even toast by your own, you NEED to ASK “waiter” that he served it (put on a plate) this for you I’m totally down and regret by my choice If for you location is important - this is a good option. In other cases - try something else

Let’s start with the service.. the only nice and welcoming person was the guy that let us up the elevator. Other than that the service was terrible. Whenever my boyfriend would go down to get the iron and iron board they requested an ID from him and would give him attitude. They also told him he could not ask for extra towels. They gave us two towels that were super thin, old, and had holes. Breakfast was included but trust me you are better off getting something out on the streets. We went up for breakfast one day and the food was not tasty and when we asked for napkins they said they don’t have any.

Good location, right in the heart of Zona Rosa. However, rooms are small which is ok. But towels and toiletries are very Spartan.

Breakfast very poor and not very appetizing. Very inconvenient bathroom in the room. Had to step into the shower and close the door in order to get to the sink/mirror.

Stayed there for a few nights from late Feb to early March and needed help finding doctors and pharmacies as my girlfriend had a gastroenteritis. The front desk team was very helpful, special thanks to Eloisa who really went the extra mile. Other than that the hotel is nice with good value for money and very central. Would definitely come back.

Three nights at Hotel MX Reforma and I couldn't be happier!! The customer service is top notch. Joel at the front desk in particular is an absolute gem. Le Pain Quotidian cafe is literally at the bottom of the staircase!! The location is AMAZING!! Centrally located to SO many phenomenal shops and restaurants within walking distance or a quick 10 min Uber ride.

It's not the biggest hotel company but I do love staying here. First time at this location and it's perfect! In front of the US Embassy and near El Angel. The room are nice, bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. And did I mention great price too. Highly recommend this place.
